So…. You need your PAP to help you with laying out your ball and yet you already have a thumbhole and finger holes drilled in the ball so you can throw it to find your PAP. HMMMM So do you have to plug and redrill the ball after that? AND if you plug and redrill the holes in a new spot won't that change the PAP with the hand in a different spot? Sounds like the chicken or the egg thing to me but I would love a quick explanation if you have time.

I was told to use a plastic ball (or at least a ball with a pancake core) when finding my PAP so the ball doesn't flare. Any thoughts on this? From your video, it looks like using the first oil ring will let you find your PAP without having to worry about flare. Also, thanks for posting useful videos like this one.
